Journey in Georgia
Georgia is the country where you will find mountains and sea resorts at the same time . 2/3 territory of Georgia is mountainous, lots of peaks have altitude more than 5 000 meters above the sea level and they are covered permanently by snow and ice. Country is divided into two 
completely different: subtropical climatic zone on the Black sea coast and continental climatic zone on the East. During the trip you will travel within all four seasons of the year almost at once, in a short succession: if you pick a fruit in the valleys, you will see its blossom , make snowballs in the mountains and at the same day go to swim in the Black Sea coast. This tour gives you a unique chance to enjoy all seasons in one trip
Tour Program:
Day 1. Our guide will meet you in Tbilisi international airport with poster : “Airzena-Holiday”. After meeting transfer airport-hotel ( 15 km) by comfortable bus. The same day walking tour in old-city and panorama view of night Tbilisi from the Mtatsminda - It is the mountain which is called holy mountain . It took name according to Athon mountain in Greece . The history of the church , situated there , starts in 6th century, when 13 Syrian fathers entered Tbilisi with aim to strengthen Christianity in Georgia . Evening supper and overnight in the hotel .
Day 2. Morning breakfast and begin our program with Tbilisi tour . Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia , its based in the 5th century by Vakhtang Gorgasali Georgian king of Kartli . Metekhi Church ( 5th century ) , Sulphur baths district . The bath district is called Abanotubani . It is easy to spot with its small domes on ground level. There are several small baths offering different levels of comfort. After visiting Narikala Fortress ( 4th century ) drive to Sameba – Holy trinity cathedral . Sameba is the biggest cathedral in Georgia and Caucasus region. City of Mtskheta:Lunch in restaurant . historical and architectural complex of Jvari (6th century ) , Svetitskhoveli Cathedral ( 11th century ) and Samtavro - . Once the palace church of the lords of Mtskheta, it was built in the 1130s. King Mirian and his wife, Queen Nana, are buried in the southwest corner, under tombstones from the early 20th century. Stay overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3. Morning breakfast and drive to Kakheti region. Kakheti is one of the magnificent regions of Georgia . Snowy Mountains, beautiful plains and fields of corn and vineyards lay side by side and are organically integrated with the unique Georgian architectural monuments. Visit David-Gareja Monastery (located in a hot semi-desert) , on the border with Azerbaijan . Bodbe Monastery (9th century ) , Georgian Orthodox Monastic complex and the seat of Bishops of Bodbe . Drive to the Town Sighnaghi (2 km ) with beautiful view of Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains. Lunch in Signagi and walk in the old city . Drive and overnight in Telavi .
Day 4. This morning we are again in Kakheti region . After morning breakfast begin tour with Tsinandali Museum - located in village 
Tsinandali . Here is also one of the oldest wine sellers in Kakheti , which once belonged to the 19th - century aristocratic poet Aleksandre Chavchavadze . Ikalto monatry complex and Academy ( founded in 6th – century ) , Alaverdi monastery – Earliest stuctures of Alaverdi monastery date back to 6th century . Walk up to the Nekresi Monastery complex – town Nekresi was established by king Pharnajom, In 4th century
AD, king Thrdat built a church in this place. This church became a refuge to one of the Assyrian fathers, Abibus, in the late 6th century . Fortified citadel of Gremi ( 16th century ) and drive along the Caucasus Mountains back to Tbilisi.
Day 5. After morning breakfast drive to west Georgia , Kutaisi. Kutaisi is one of the most beautiful and ancient Georgian cities situated in west Georgia on both banks of the picturesque Rioni river . The city itself is mentioned in the ancient Greek “Argos “ epos as the capital of Kolkheti . sightseeing excursions to: Bagrati Temple - The Temple of Bagrati is one of the most important monuments that represent early Georgian architecture, was built by King Bagrat III in Kutaisi, in 1003 AD. historic and architectural complex Gelati -The monastery complex of Gelati (11th c.) is among the most remarkable examples of Georgian architecture. It was founded by King of Georgia, David Aghmashenebeli (The Builder). , Sataplia caves with stalactites and stalagmites in the nature reserve zone of extinct volcano. Evening supperand stay overnight in Kutaisi. 
Day 6. Departure to Batumi , which is a seaside city on the black sea . The attractions of the city imply a beautiful seaside park with the boulevard, fountains, temples, museums, theatres . Walking tour in Batumi City visit Gonio Fortress - adorned by its 18 towers, the fortress is noted for its fancy brickwork. In the 2nd century AD it was a well-fortified Roman city within Colchis., evening leisure time at the seaside park. Dinner in Batumi . Overnight in Batumi.
Day 7. Free day in Batumi on the seaside .
Day 8. Early morning breakfast in the hotel and drive to cave-city Varzia - is a cave monastery dug into the side of the Erusheli mountain in southern Georgia near Aspindza . It was founded by Queen Tamar in 1185. Overnight in balneological resort in Borjomi. Dinner and overnight in Borjomi .
Day 9. Tour in Borjom park, Tasting mineral water of Borjomi from the spring and Transfer to Tbilisi .
Day 10. Free day in Tbilisi , departure to the airport .
